Oooops I was so scared I was going to forget an entry - and I did. Here is Terri's entry from Faking it Gluten Free.
I am so sorry Terri.
I'm still suffering from jetlag but I couldn't hoard all these macarons anymore. I love the interweb because of all the sharing and caring you can do, instananously. But you know what - what good is it if I can't EAT them!!!!!
As you know I tried a couple of time to master these mythical "cookies". I haven't given up hope. I will try again soon.
There are some great macaron creations so I will let you decide who should get the latest Donna Hay magazine and other goodies. My only question is - can't someone send me some???

How can you have a macaron event without the Queen of Macarons? I must admit I became fascinated with macarons after becoming a regular subscriber to Helen's Tartelette. She makes it look so easy! Check out her blog for other macarons. In the meantime, Helen made Snickers Macarons, for me. All for me.

Elizabeth from Strawberries in Paris made these fabulous Raspberry Macarons with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Ganache. Raspberry and Chocolate. As they say, classique.

Zita's macarons are Simplicous. Elegance in a cookie. Try these Rose Macarons with Vanilla Yogurt Buttercream.
Roy emailed two macaron recipes and they are both equally delectable. Ever eaten a Smurfberry Macaron? Well here is your chance to try! Roy can you send me some?

Roy didn't stop there with a familar combination. How about these Peach Melba Macarons? Truly peachy.

Y. Y did. Y from Lemonpi made these Berry and Vanilla Macarons. Y indeed.

Salted caramel pretty much goes with everything. Astrid from La Cerise made these Hazelnut Salted Caramel Macarons. Oh Yeah.

Lauren says I'll Eat You. And why wouldn't you eat these Almond Macarons with Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache?

Arfi these don't look HomemadeS. They look perfect. Yes you did it.

Arfi these look HomemadeS cute too!

How about a bit of Glamah from Coco Cooks. These are Hazelnut Macarons with Choc/Orange Ganache. Glamahrous. Better than my first attempt at macarons for sure.

Kevin don't know why you are Closet Cooking cause these Green Tea Macarons should be shared. Is there anything matcha can't do?
These macarons are Chez, Chez US.
These are Chez US too.

Nicisme from Cherrapeno made these Chocolate Macarons with Caramel Cream. Caramel Cream. With Caramel Cream.

Cakebrain had more than Cake on the Brain. How about macarons? And how about these Black Sesame Macarons with Black Sesame Buttercream?

And these Raspberry Macarons with White Chocolate from Cake on the Brain?

Cake on the Brain still had macarons on the mind with these Pistachio Macarons with Bittersweet Ganache Buttercream. And we are all glad for it.

Just looked at the caramel oooozing from these macarons. Lynne from And then I do the Dishes made these Macarons with Fleur de Sel Caramel Filling. Lynne I would do the dishes for these macarons.
Do any of these macarons inspire you to make them? I just want to eat them.
Thank you to everyone that entered!!! I will accept them in the mail.....

Hi Chu,
Thank's for hosting a great event, as I sad allready on my post I think definetly Tartelette, should get a present ;) but also Roy should get something for his Smurfberry macaron, they are so cute :)
I wish the post here doesn't have very bad service, otherwise I'll send you some ;)
Thank you for hosting Chu!!!
I'm thinking Cake on the Brain for the Raspberry Macarons with White Chocolate, mmmmm, just saying that makes me want to eat them! Great round-up, thanks for such a great event!
Wow! Everybody did such a great job! I love all the flavors! Thank you for hosting!
Those Smurfberry macaron was not only cute, it was delicious and looks great on a silver chain. I ate them (I know Roy) and also the Peach Melba ones. The buns of each recipe were slightly different. The Smurfberry buns were slightly more dense than the Peach Melba ones, but that made the Smurfberry buns match the filling better (which was denser than the Peach Melba filling). As for the Peach Melba, the buns were light and airy and the filling had just the right amount of flavor--not too sweet, not to bland, just right. Both were extremely worthy of my ingestion (but that isn't saying much if you know me).
Oh, wait, I mean, they were very very disgusting and Roy should go back to the drawing board and bring some more to work for testing. (We'll help perfect it.)
What a beautiful roundup. So many flavor combinations and possibilities!Great event.
